3. Grow Faster: Increase your advertising budget by small increments as you grow to accelerate growth.
As your business grows, put a small portion of the extra profit back into marketing. See how even modest monthly increases could help growth build on itself.
Projected new paying clients in pink compared with your current 3-month total. Select 0%, 3%, 5%, or 7% below to explore the difference.
Example: choose 5% to increase your marketing budget by 5% each month, using some of the additional profit from growth. The calculator models a budget increase, not an exact share of profit; it assumes you have enough profit to fund it, and that leads grow at the same rate while cost per lead stays steady.
How this estimate works: We start with your current business revenue. We then compare the clients your current funnel produces with the clients your improved funnel could produce. Each extra client is assumed to spend their 12-month value evenly over 12 months. This means new client revenue builds month by month. When monthly marketing reinvestment is selected, the marketing budget and new lead volume increase at that percentage each month, assuming cost per lead remains constant. This is a fixed monthly budget growth scenario, not a calculation of reinvestment from actual profit; profit margins and available cash are not modeled. Marketing costs are not deducted from revenue. The chart holds all other business revenue steady and assumes no staffing or capacity limits. It is a scenario, not a guaranteed forecast. The highlighted gap is a modeled opportunity, not revenue known to have been lost. The top cards show annualized monthly revenue at the start and at month 12; the “extra revenue earned” figure is the sum of the extra monthly revenue during the first 12 months. Your current funnel is already included in your starting revenue, so only the difference in new clients is added.
